Obviously due to travel restrictions, it's impossible to rehearse together as one orchestra at this time. We are planning a full rehearsal sometime in late Spring, assuming everyone can either be tested within 24 hours of the rehearsal and demonstrate a clean test, or can take the vaccines from Moderna or Pfizer (so far, they are the lead developers).
If travel restrictions between MA and RI are lifted, we are planning rehearsals at our Granby, MA location and our Providence, RI location. Dates and times tba.
Ensembles and musicians that would like to join Mandolin New England are very welcome! There is no cost to join the orchestra. We have some instruments you may borrow if you don't have one of your own. Once you become a member, we will send you links to download your parts, scores and other information related to the organization.
